Chaos runes to tokkul

Does this "trick" still work? I just want to know if after I get the tokkul for the onyx if this will be a good way to keep getting money.

YES fight caves is a good way to get tokkul, but lets face it, its at least 800-1.2k tokkul an hour thats like 600 hours a month for a good profit, >.<, so maybe chaos is a better way hmm :D

with karamja gloves, you need 260k tokkul for an onyx

so, you'll need 28,889 chaos to purchase one. so, it'll cost you about 2.9-3.1M to get it... if you have a friend that can assist you in crafting the fury, then you pretty much break even... sort of just a waste of time.

You can still do this and make a profit with Karamja gloves, then buying 258k of fire runes, mind runes, or body runes.

At 1K tokkul/hour, it takes 258 hours = 11 days non-stop.. SO it takes long..

tbh.. mix hy's caver AND chaos\fire runes? at night when ur sleeping... run caver... then buy the rest of chaos \ fire runes when u need more? it wont be much... I personally pwn pits for my tokkul.

not anymore, that would be 2.5m for chaos and the cut onyx is 2.8-3m, so thats about a 400k profit
and buying the chaos, then selling it, then buying the onyx would take about/less than an hour :D

oh and does it matter what karamja gloves you have? or do they all give same discount.

I tried doing it with mind runes and such, i would have probably broke even in the end so i just gave up. I don't think its worth it.

yea.. fight caves are the best way to get tokkul.. or for good money in this area, kill the tzharr with a hally.. thats also good.. u kan get obby maul drops! (dont forget to take a ring of wealth). =P

If xferring,

Get karamja gloves and buy 3 Tzhaar-Ket-OM's per 50 stone xferring.

Cheaper than chaos runes.
