However, I've done some testing with smart on various computers. I believe with a server computer with 4 quad cores and 32gb of ram you could probably run 64ish Smarts or more. Haven't tested on one yet, but I have on Quad core computers and Duals etc.

To answer your question straight up, yes it is possible, but only with a server computer at this time.
