Where can i download SRL revision ?

I searched in the forum for almost an hour but I cant find a way to download the latest SRL revision 14. Can anyone help me ?:(

Download and install the file from
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/39559/svn-1.4.5-setup.exe

Then:
Once installed, go into SCAR. Click on the "tools" tab at the top of the screen then select "options". A little window should have popped up, in that window you should see an option "SRL Download". Click on it, then select the "Subversion Repository" button. Now click on the "Checkout" button, a little command window should appear, list all of the SRL files its downloading, then go away. Congrats you just downloaded SRL4 via Subversion Repository.

I would just like to add that if the Subversion Repository button is greyed out (unclickable) then restart your computer. If it is still grey, then you have not correctly installed Subversion, and will need to do so again.
