Cannot Download SRL, Read Guides Already

Please help me with it. I decided to download back Scar and SRL after i decided to play runescape again. Well, everything is good until I couldn't download SRL. So, I went here and found out that i need download something. I followed the guide and well, have not luck in downloading SRL. This is the error after i clicked checkout.

Could someone help me out or upload the SRL for me to download? Thanks in advanced.:spongebob:

I have a Batch that installs (or help you install) Scar+Srl+MyScriptIncludes+moves the plugins i will send to you if you don't share it.

Im not 100% sure it works but my friend said (i made it with widget, a srl member to) said it worked ;)

Just right click on scar and click "run as admin" and it fill now work. Its vista crap
