How do i input srl stats

i read it in a tut some where and i cant find it in search so how do i edit some file to auto put in my stats, and also how do i set it up to log into the world i want for smart, also out of curiosity some scripts open up and ask u for colors and stuff, what is that called? what do they mean by username, password and nickname...

by username, they mean the runescape username you wish to use in ''

nickname is 3-4 letters in your username
This is used primarily for Solving antirandoms, but can also be used for autoresponders. NB do not use the first letter of your username, as this will cause mistakes
