Ok this is what Anarchy means to me.
Anarchy is not about creating chaos for harm, nor is it about committing crimes or destroying things. It's about fighting against the unjust laws, it's about getting the government to know that you understand what they're doing when they fuck people over, and about not letting them forget that you understand.
It's about being heard, and using that power to say something important.
Because the only thing that ever changes anything is people. Anarchism is about being part of that small minority that actually TRIES to change it for the better, instead of just complaining that it's shit.
You know that song Arrested in Shanghai by Rancid? You know what Tim Armstong was singing about there? His steadfast unflinching views, and how they got him arrested. For saying killing people is bad.
That is what we call shit.
And Anarchism is about trying to stop that kind of shit. The unfair censorship. The military state. The corrupt fatcat profiting of other people's pain.
That, my friend, IS anarchism.
Post what you believe anarchy is. please dont flame the read or the posters of the thread and please dont put eh definition of anarchy cause anybody who has a brain knows that a government is needed anybody who considers themselves an anarchist but has no beliefs or views and values behind his beliefs and knowledge of the system is IMO someone just trying to be cool someone trying to fit into the rebel/punk ( im talking about attitude when I say punk not the clothes style) scene without really understanding the reasonings behind the scene and In my opinion they do just want to create chaos and harm which gives the rest of us in the scene who are truelly in the scene ( not by the way we look like most people think but by the way we act and think our values, morals and beliefs) and who want to change it for the better and can see the lies and bullshit of our country, who arent afraid to say the faults our gov't has, isnt about to bow down to this unjust censorship , those of us who really want to improve the world for the better; a really bad name and to those people I say :fiery: :mad: SCREW YOU and I hope you never reproduce to spread the bad seed which was implanted inside you and molded into exactly what they want
