Yes, they go randomly after some time. I once had 3.2, now only 1.5.

They now give only 0.5/ 0.3 BM bans, of 10 days, you can be without rs that time.

Be glad it's not a perm ban, and since it's not, I suggest just being without it the 10 days, don't send in some appeal that will 'prove them' something and has the chance of getting the char in deeper shit.
