Simply put, what do I need to use SRL antirandoms fully?
Do I need a player array? Do I need a player nick?
Do any of the antirandoms depend on seeing NPC spoken yellow text?

A player array is for the username/password and stuff. That is vital to logging in. The nick name is important for the antirandoms, such as a certer.
I wouldn't worry about it. Just include PlayerForm.scar (I forgot which folder its in), and it will take care of everything.

Problem is, I'm planning a one player script and I'm trying to avoid the need.
You need nick. Otherwise i think if you leave it empty you will need chatoff. I cant confirm this i cant really remember. But best bet is to have a const for nick. Then in setup have players[o].nick and how many players and currentplayer in setup way down so that users dont have to set it

If its a one player script, its not SRL, is it.
Just set up a one player array then. Even though its harder than setting up PlayerForm

It's not in the SRL multi-player style. It just relies on SRL for anti-randoms and basic mouse and searching procedures.

you have to setup atleast 1 player in the player array or it will cause runtime errors on randoms...
