Subversion SRL Download Setup

Not sure if I read the wrong/outdated tutorial, but I have SCAR 3.15 and Subversion 1.4.5. In the options section of SCAR, I switched the SRL download to use Subversion instead of regular download. However, when I try to checkout the latest version, the DOS window pops up (C:\Program Files\Subversion\bin\svn.exe) and does nothing. Any ideas?

It's working now. I closed down SCAR and re-started and now it seems to be downloading just fine. Also, the TortoiseSVN client works nicely, too. In Internet Explorer, I can see all the checkout markers on the icons so I know the status of the various files. Hope this helps.
