deleting C:\.jagex_cache_32

is there a way to make C:\.jagex_cache_32 to allways appear on the desktop so that its faster to delete?

you right click on the desktop background, then hover over new and click on new shortcut
then search for the file / folder you want (which in this case is C:\.jagex_cache_32)
click next
give the shortcut a name then click ok :)
