I could use a hand with Moderators

Ok, now my main on Runescape, *Name removed, changed to Awsomepants* was hacked not too long ago, however the hacker was using a RAT (remote access trojan) So he or she basically took control of my computer for a short time. He or she had used my MSN name to find a my IP address and embedded the virus in my system etc etc.

The hacker used my account to spread racist remarks, and got my account 10 black marks and a perma mute.

Thing is, i have NO way to contact Jagex about this, and I know many of you are thinking, "Well, just use the appeal thing on the site" Problem is he or she already did it, they are smart, i will give them that.

So does anyone like, know a Moderator or a staff member or something? Because i cannot play without talking to people, and i can't imagine losing all the hard work i have done with him.. It takes forever to get level 70 mining!

Anyways, if anyone has any helpful advice (That means don't spam the topic with, "damn, sucks for you.") It would be greatly appreciated..

Edit this post IMMEDIATELY and take your character's name off. Not smart.

In short, you should write Jagex an e-mail or snail mail, saying what happened and asking that the marks/mute be removed. People seem to have the best luck with snail mail.

if that doesn't work you could always auto you way back to level 70 but it would still take a while, but not as bad as doing it yourself, but I would try doing a last chance appeal, idk if it works after someone already has (with your acc.) but theres a thread on here saying how to do another after you already have eben though i think last chance appeals or w/e theyre called are for bans I would try using it anyway as a way to contact jagex if they do check appeals, but I would've only tried that until I saw how zild said to contact them, so I'd go with zild's way but if you can't get them un-muted then, yea I would just auto the 70 levels.

I don't even know WHERE i would E-mail them at. Jagex makes it impossible for F2P to even CONTACT them! We can't post on the Forums, we can't leave messages, and we can't even reply to mails Jagex sends us in out Inboxes. What the crud?

your in a pickle. my advice is, make an appeal. or just start a new one. with all the scripts here at srl, its easy to get a char to lvl 50 f2p in a few days.

Just so you know Player mods can't help you with bans and stuff, only Jagex staff can do that.

Is more the characters sentimental Value then anything. And i don't have many scripts that will get my skills back up to where I had them.
