You are trying to download a junior member or a srl-member's script. You have not stayed here for 1 week nor have 10 posts, which mean you only have acess to the most basic scripts. Read the tutorial on how to become a junior member to download some more scripts, then learnscripting to download the Ub3rL33t scripts :P

You get access to scripts by NOT spamming your postcount up.
It might take a few days to get to the forums, but well its really worth it ;)

All it requires is patience. Go around to the free script area, use some, post the progress reports or some bugs. Things like these ARE useful to the people that made the scripts, and soon, you'll be an SRL Junior-Member in no time :)

If you keep it at, make your posts, and wait the time, the prize at the end will be that much sweeter.
