Exporting from from PHPBB to My freehostia site

is there any way i can take what i have on my PHPBB forums and host it on my freehostia site?

If you can export the database, then I could probably transfer it to be able to be imported into another forum, but I don't think there is a direct method of doing it.

Forums will store all of the posts, users etc. inside a database. If you want to go over to another site that doesn't offer a forum specifically and you install one on it, then I could probably make the old database information able to import into the new database so all your forums posts and users would still be their. Of course, if you can't extract the database from the phpbb you have at the moment, then you wouldn't be able to do it.
