My Scar wont use the it right!!

MY scar cant figure out when i tell it to always permit then i have to click between 1 and 20 times just for it to skip to next action :S can i have some help??

Ok on scar, at the top click on Tools, then the last option to pop up will say options click on that. Then you will have a screen pop up. On the tabs at the right click on filewall settings. Then fill in the bubble allow all. Click ok. I think that should work.
