Hi check this out:
http://www.freemosquitoringtones.org/
These are ringtones only certain ages can hear! I got 18khz!
On to the point. The tones are just mosquitoes buzzing.(Just listen to a couple) That sucks and gives me a headache...
Question:Is there a program I can use to change any audio file to like 20khz or what ever?
Trying to sell them to kids at school!

If you're looking to create any 20khz file (I doubt you can 'convert' a sound to 20khz), then any sort of audio editor should be able to create it easily
For specifics - I use Audition, but I don't know if it can do what you want

I'm really lazy=don't want to set it up and then find out is doesn't work!

I can't stand these during class. We had a 20ish year old teacher and the student got in trouble because she heard it, hah.

....owwww, I just listened to a spample of one, I googled a converter but I didn't really look at the results then I just googled 18khz and found NY times had a thing about it and a sample. Go to this if you wanna hear it, I heard it really loud. I don't think anybody can't hear it, but go to this URL:
http://graphics.nytimes.com/packages/audio/nyregion/20060610_RINGTONE.mp3
let me know if you really can't hear it.
EDIT: meant to edit day I posted this, but I realized my volume was all the way up lol, I didn't think it was supposed to sound like that, I put it at a normal volume and I could still hear it though, it kinda sounded like a buzz when it was at a normal volume instead of a screech, lol.

Man, I am kind of scared to use this in my first two classes. Both of my teachers are first-year teachers that just got out of college. So I am not sure if they can hear it or not. I will try a test tomorrow.

Thats useless...Human ear can only hear from 20Hz -22kHz
So if anyone tells me you can hear 30kHz I say your full of BS and deserve to be shot.
