Scripts compile, execute but dont do anything

I dont know how I can give a better description than they run but do nothing, once I click run it goes to my rs window and then does nothing, Firefox and SCAR are being run as admin and I use vista.

if you made it by yourself, then make sure theres something in your main loop.

Any script from the jr members does it to me, any script I try to run, it compiles runs but it doesn't do anything else.
