SMART error on vista

When I start the Ultra cut n bank script that has smart i get this error: MSVCR71.dll now I've looked at that one thread and it doesn't help me I have no clue what to do. And then another error comes up that says it couldn't initialize SMART: Error Code: [16711422]. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

have you used scar before on the vista?
are all the includes in the right place?
are you up to date with scar v15b?
are you up to date with svn?

i set up my vista just this afternoon to run smoothly :)
so i can probs help you out if it is a pc problem

if its just the script, then i probs cannot help you :(

Ya it's smart i didn't make it clear that it wasn't a vista prob just thought i would say that :P But otherwise everything is correct i can run things that aren't smart tho but I'd like smart.

I got a similar problem with vista.
But i dont get any errors. SCAR just closes and a file is created by windows in the script directory.

Also while using font function i got memory violation error.
