RS Update Inventory items OutLine Changed!

This is really bad it could be me but go to rs and take something out of the bank it has an white out line or something :'(

I'm not seeing anything either. You get a white outline around an item when you click on it in your inventory but that's always been there

What the hell you can't see it in the picture I made.
Also from the slot 1 to slot 28 it gets less light.
My other account haves it to...

also the white(npc) and the white dots(player) are moving smoother than before and also have a white outline...

Just color tested an inventory full of the same thing, and I see no color changes =/

i proberly just fucked up something while loading it if they would do what i saw it looked good as game and we couldn't beat it
