Ways of detection?

Is there any detectionsystems installed or do I need to be reported for botting and get caught in action to get banned?

Jagex says there is a detection system.. But idk what it is.. And neither does anyone else to my knowledge..

Their detection from what we can see from the client is very basic. It monitors where you click and if you keep clicking the same spot you get banned. Or the same color you get banned.
