Something wrong with SCAR

Hi I updated to newest subversion and I'm getting the following message

Scar.exe - Ordinal Not Found

The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll


does anyone encountered the same problem? and if so, how do you take care of it? and finally smart doesn't work for me, could this be the problem?

smart problem is easy to fix.. just update your worlds.ini
(look in the smart section for an updated one)
and for that scar error.. try unistalling, and install again;)
