RS Ban appeal?

So I just found out today that my main membs account got banned (says for macroing but I haven't done that recently). They gave me .5/10 black marks, however, still banned me for 10 days. I made an appeal denying their accusations. How long do you think it will take them to get back to me and do you think I will be unbanned?

If it's a member's account it usually get priority. You won't have to wait more than a couple of days.

Ok, It's been 24 hours with no reply. I read somewhere that they don't usually "read" appeals and the answers can be kind of random or irrelevant. Is this true?

Sometimes, some of the Appeals are answered with an Automated answer. This is to cut down most of the random appeals they get all the time. It will take a couple days for it to go through or be looked at.

They replied after 72 hours with a completely random and irrelevant reply (btw the ban was for macroing): Thank you for your appeal.
We are sorry to inform you that this appeal has been denied.
We have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account at the time of the offence and, for this reason, this offence will remain on your account.
We suggest you take some time to remind yourself of the Rules of Conduct before you start playing again!

Der, I was on my own account that's why I didn't say it was stolen. Also I didn't even macro on that account. Utter BS.

How can it hurt to appeal? It's not like I get any MORE than 10 days now that I have been denied my appeal.
