Need help with part of a script

im trying to make a auto cutter to post but im not sure about using the colour picker tool can someone please help me out with it

Okay what you do is you partially minimize SCAR so that SCAR takes up aobut the bottom forth of your screen. The rest of your screen should have the runescape screen open. Then click on the eyedropper tool at the top of SCAR (7th from the right) and then click what you want to get the color of. Then make SCAR big again. In the bottom left (the debug box) there will be something like this:
Color Picked: 16711935 at (392, 128)
This means that the color is 16711935.
The coordinates (x, y) are (392, 128)
