how do you send messages to jagex?

well my main got banned bout 3 days ago and my appeal was denied because they said i was playing at the time...(:duh: this is for macroing or AFK training:duh:) is there a way i can contact or send a message dirrectly to jagex? Thankyou for the replies

They say on the appeal thing "any messages sent to us about this account will be ignored" so yeah...

You need to use the appeal function. Which will probably be replied to an auto replier at jagex :rolleyes:
