Reinstalling Scar?

ok... so I uninstalled scar because i think i screwed up something and i want to make sure everything is correct....

I went to reinstall and i get this error

should i just ignore it and let it install? or is there a way to delete this and reinstall entirely?

delete ANY traces of SCAR

Acess is denied. Are you sure you are not running SCAR while installing? That seeems to me that you are running scar while your computer is trying to delete scar. No good.

Close all instances of SCAR you've got opened, maybe try to kill all scar.exe processes if you don't see any open SCAR windows...
