help with skin problem please

Ok i have a problem, i think this is the right forum, please move if not? :P but anyway, im not sure if this is normal but all down my left leg to my knee are purple marks that look like scars, but they are not painful and scars arent purple. i also have a LOT of them, and a few on my right leg. does anyone know where this is coming from?

This could be for multiple reasons, many including diabetes, or it could be multiple brusing/busted vessels. The best way to find out for shure what is wrong is to go see the doctor.
