Failed when compiling

what does this mean? i downloaded 3.15 and i try to use one of these scripts but it comes out like
Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\includes\Squig.txt does not exist.
Failed when compiling
how do i get that to disapere and get the script to work?

Yeah same here, but mines different. I installed the SVN properly and the Scar 3.12 alright and script it goes.
