last chance appeal?

i was permemantly banned for using third party programs, but have been given a "last chance appeal"

does anybody have any suggestions for me as to what to tell them in the message?

If you autoed from different IP that you created the account from, hack appeal works, which is pretty much the only way, I'm afraid.
