ok and when i try to run a script it says i'm missing files like srl.scar and a few other ones how do i find those?

well to get that with your scar should be like 3.15+ you should go to (file > Download SRL and download Includes and if that doesn't work reinstall scar and after that i just dont know what is wrong lol
