Well, I recall visiting a forum (believe Moparscape?) where you are immediately prompted to a Code of Conduct-type thing where you must agree to NOT work for Jagex Ltd. or help them in any way by giving them any information on their website.
I was wondering if that actually has any legal binding, and if it does, why not have something like that set up here on this forum? If employees of Jagex DO actually surf the web finding auto-scripts, they most certainly have found this forum and check it daily to shoot down any public script that's available to them. By simply having something like a Code of Conduct on the first page MIGHT turn some of these employees the other way!
