I am currently creating an army for when the new SRL updates come out but i am running into problems. I enjoy thinking up creative new usernames and i have think i might have gone a little overboard. For example, if my names are too funny would that create unwanted attention to my character? Some of my, ummm...better? screen names are below.
1. Idkmybffwhip
2. 20yodropout
3. Nuke_This5
4. Captnubsauce
Post your opinions on the matter, and if any of you know, can you link to a good name generator?

they might say something about your name, and then u not responding would be suspicious...
for example:
one of my WoW chars is named DrKillinger (a reference to the Venture Bros.), and while I wasn't paying attention to chat (watching TV while quest-killing), I was asked if I had a magical murder bag (again, the reference) (I only found that out b/c the 'reply' command (r) went to someone other than who I thought it would)
so at least don't make it a reference is apparently the lesson there, i guess...
I dont think I would mind to much. If Im playing on a multi player game like runescape, I dont even pay attention to other peoples usernames

I personally don't find any of those names funny but, yeah, I'd have to say they might create unwanted attention. A lot of times when I'm autoing and I walk by my computer I'll see some idiot persistently commenting on or asking me questions about my user name. So you should probably think about that when creating names.

Who cares what legit guys think. If you're so worried about the attention, macro on a quickchat world where they wont notice a thing :) ...or you could just use scripts that auto respond to those noobs asking you questions

well...hopefully the legit players think like you guys, and if they don't, i need to find a new test group.

I find that common conservative usernames are normally best. For example:
Llama19512
I r bobbeh1
Yes, there is a lot of unwanted attention if you make a name like 'Catbert FTW' (Dilbert reference), 'I wub pokem0n' ( ), etc.
The object is to blend in. Numbers help you blend in. Just try to stick with the smallest number that you can, and don't make an army like:
Bob129
Bob130
Bob131
etc. :P (Although, that should be self-explanatory).
