Ok, well today my computer has been acting weird, I may be rootkitted or something, but idk. Earlier today, my mom was on the computer and she told me later that something weird was happening, like the mouse started moving on its own and closing/minimizing windows. The only remote access program I have is LogMeIn, which I was definitely not using at that time, and I don't think anyone could have hacked my account on LogMeIn since I've only used it at three places - a hospital computer, my friend's house (who is a complete computer noob), and my dad's computer (I changed the password on my computer later after using it on his). Now, I thought my mom was imagining things or something, but just in case I disabled LogMeIn. But just now, I was watching SCAR auto, when my mouse pointer went, moved about 30 pixels, and right clicked, at which point I started moving it on my own and it stopped. Maybe I'm hallucinating too but... Well, anyway, what could I do to make sure I don't have a rootkit on my computer or something of the like? I'm running an AVG Free Full Computer Scan at the moment, but it hasn't found anything yet.

EDIT: Of course one of the computers I used it on could have been keylogged...Hmm...

Just to be sure, I'd uninstall LogMeIn for a few days and make sure someone didn't just access your account on that.

THEN I'd suspect a rootkit.

EDIT: Btw, where in PA are you? I'm south of Philly on Delaware border.

Runescapian, here's a AVG 8.0 Full Edition Serial that expires in December this year: 75VNU-TH1RR1-L7-P03-C01-S3S9MD-2YN-3AUS

Download AVG 8.0 from the Grisoft website, then enter the above serial.

Before people start saying that the serial can only be used once; NOT TRUE!
