The title might be a bit confusing. This tutorial teaches you how to use Fireworks to create special buttons with "states" (changes when mouse is over or clicked). I teach you how to create the buttons, export them correctly, and import them into Dreamweaver for use.
Fireworks is a great alternative to Photoshop if you don't feel like learning a whole lot but need something for web design "stuff" (banners, logos, buttons, etc.).
I was a bit tired when I made this so the bubble descriptions may not be my best.
