Need help with procedure for non runescape script

I'm making a script that would basically enter numbers into a website, and I was wondering if there was a procedure that finds a certian color in a certian area, like maybe:


If Findcolor('53563', 75, 86, 89, 42) then
begin


Like it has to find a certian color in those coordinates. Is there a procedure like that?
