How do I siphon liquid out of a container?

The Title pretty much says it all. I forgot how to siphon liquid from a container lol. Can anyone help me out?

Ummm, maybe air tight the container and start squeezing it?

Raise the bucket higher than what you are siphoning into, stick the tube in the liquid, suck lightly to get it started, gravity does the rest.

You really only need to have the hose end in the source higher than the hose end in the destination. You can siphon with a tube that looks like a rollercoaster as long as the start is higher than the finish.

Just remember not to drink what you siphon, could be deadly.
