Problem installing srl

everytime i download srl from scar it downloads and says 'installing srl'

the thing is it never does 'install', i have left it 'install' for 2 hours just to make sure it just took long but nothing is happening so how can i install srl if it doesnt gave me a way to manualy install it either

Have you tried reinstalling scar?
Maybe doesnloading in safemode would work?

No, that still doesn't work. Should we install the previous SRL and let it download off that?
question is, where can we get the previous SRL's? and how can we manually download?
