This tutorial is for Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional. Not for Home Edition.
Windows Uses 20% of its bandwidth by default on update and other things I am not aware of. To get that 20% Bandwidth back do the following.
Go To Start -> Run- > Type in "gpedit.msc" ->Click Ok
Now, the Group Policy Editor window should be open.
Go To - Local Computer Policy- > Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network- > QOS Packet Scheduler- > Limit Reservable Bandwidth
Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Click Properties- > Enable Reservable Bandwidth -> Input "0"- > Click OK
Now, you should get all of your bandwidth back!
Comments are welcome Thanks
(i hope i Writed those right because my computer is on finnish langauge ;))
