erm yeah if you can get your mate or go on a proxy server and say you got hacked and sound all emotional you know like "please i love this game don't ban me" and only check your appeal through the proxy it should get through...

Since it's only a 10 day ban, don't bother appealing it. I think that only raises Jagex's awareness of your account, and could lead to a more serious ban.

I have appealed all my offenses before (9 total). Nothing has ever happened, for better or worse. (Well there was this thing about a suicide appeal...) DON'T SAY YOU WILL KILL YOURSELF! lol, anyway, I figure it can't hurt to try
