SCAR meets proxy servers

Is there a way in which I can update SCAR through a proxy server?

Because accessing the internet requires the filtering of a proxy server, I will need to update SCAR through a proxy if I am to get it to a newer version of the program.

Alternatively, if possible, can you guys tell me how I could do manual updates?

i think i was kinda vague on my last post...my real meaning is...how can i get my scar to update the revision through a proxy server? I cant even checkout scar atm lol.

Just download it manually off the trunk on this site.

Then move the folders into the includes folder in scar. Requires more work, but hell, at least you can do it.

Based on the question, do you mean can you update through a Tor proxy because I am sure that is possible and not too hard to setup

Lol, I don't update because people donate, but donations help a lot with development. I hope people will come to realize that, because I can't start building Phoenix without more donations... I'm currently waiting for the testers to test SCAR Divi 3.20 Beta 6 so I can resume working on it...

You don't have to... SCAR, as well as any of my other programs are 100% free. You can donate if you like them and want to help out, but it's not a requirement or anything...
