Membership via Paypal?

Hey guys I was wandering..
Lets say I had $10 in my paypal account and I wanted to use it for runescape. Do I "have" to have a verified paypal account for this to work?

Well, I don't have a card. And I don't want to waste time getting money for nothing by trying and see. So I wanted to know if anyone else has done it via paypal without a verified account. Please Help.

As far as i know you need a verified paypal account so you can get membership for runescape i had to verifi my paypal account now i can easily make payments for rs mems i think you could before they went on a crack down on real world trade because they were doin the fake paypal scam to get rs membership

you need verifyed paypal account, if you don't got, buy one of thoses pre paid credit cards

yes if u live in Europe you can buy Wallie cards and if u live in Canada or The U.S try stores like 7-Eleven or K-Mart etc.;

You "CAN" get membership without verified by using PayByCash.

you DONT need a verified paypal(or atleast, 1 year ago you didnt need. when i made an acc mem with my unverified paypal), im pretty sure it doesnt need to be verififed to make member now too
