SRL wont download [Archive] - SRL

Someone deleted my scar so i redownloaded and then clicked file then download SRL. It downloads in a flash and sits on installing SRL forever and it doesnt end up installing. Help?

Did you try disabling your firewall?

thats not the problem. it downloads fine but doesnt install.

Well Un-install everything then re-install and follow this guide
