Recoveries + Credit Card Membership

Hey all,
Sorry if this has already been posted, but I was wondering if anyone could explain how you are able to recover an account all the time once you subscribe with a credit card.

Here's my scenario - I have the earliest passwords and subscription details, so I can always recover the account.

Enter some annoying kid who got the password to my account through a friend (who I was OK with having the password) - I tried to lock him out, but he subscribed, and now he can recover the account without any of the older passwords, and with these new subscription details.

How/Why?

You could try explaining your situation to Jagex, but they might shun you for sharing your account. Maybe send in a account has been stolen appeal or whatever it is. Once upon a time I had to do something like this, I talked to them over the phone.

I assume if you sent a support request to Jagex and just said someone got your password without your permission and made the account a member, they'll recover it to you with the information you have. Maybe you'll even get to keep the p2p credit!

well i think that if you have made the account a member with CC and you kept the transaction code and agreement number then you can get it back with very little info. but tell jagex about this, because i had the same problem but i gave up and let him have the account
