SRL download failed!!!

I am deciding to come back to scar and runescape and I was updating everything, scar, and srl... when I went to update srl it keeps saying 'updating srl...' i left it for 10 minutes and im like wtf. I turned off all of my sucurity ect. and nothing works! please help me.:) thanks!!!!

Also make sure you don't have something dumb like Windows Firewall jacked to max or anything.
That would be bad.
