How to delete an empty file!?

Hey everyone,
I need help.
I got 2 empty files (yes...0 bytes.. nothing in them) on my brand new mp3 player.
Dont ask me how they got there.. its too long to explain.
Fact is: I can't copy, delete, move or do anything else with them.
I can't open them with programs, even virus scanners say: couldn't open file
or something like that;)

How do I delete them (if this even is possible?).
There is no button on my mp3 player to reset the whole thing, so please help me out:p

Start Safe Mode, then try to remove them. And never plug in your mp3 anymore :D
