EDIT: i guess this is question is for people who used to be on rsbot...

haha they definatly dont, Scar is delphi/Pascal Based, whilst RSBot is Java Based. Short answer: No.

what exactly is rsbot anyway?
is it like not related to scar at all?

It's a bot that's coded in Java that uses BCEL to interact with the client.
