When I go to file and the bold Update SRL SVN (27->28) A black window comes up for less than a mili-seccond and than closes and nothing happens, the text for UPDATE is still bold and I can't update, wtf is happening :confused:

It does the same for me... But I have tortoise SVN installed so I just update it using that.

go to Tools > Options... > SRL Download > Checkout

That' how I do it....

i use totise svn, works liek a charm. You could also just dl the .rar file from the thread in srl revisions. Unpack it ect into SRL, i had to do that for a while.

Yeah, this happens to me too. I posted a problem about it on freddy1990's website, but no one could solve it.

yeh happens to me sometimes,

just do CheckOut
and than try, if not do Clean up.

play around with it. :p

k, the tools>options thing didn't work for me, same thing happened, window popped up for a sec and closed. I am going to try the .rar thing when I get home, i gotta go to school now. thanks guys ~real

its still not working!! can you list me some steps and directions or links to tuts for the .rar way if you could, I would be much appreciated! (h)

Look for tortoise SVN.

(or you might be able to just delete the SRL include folder and redownload it.)

when u go to open SCAR right click on it a click run as administrator

I don't see why SVN shouldn't work where TortoiseSVN does.
From the command prompt, do


cd C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\Includes\SRL
svn co http://URL_TO_SRL_SVN

I forget the SVN URL :s

I got this and I had to delete SRL and then it worked. Weird I know, but it worked :p

where do i find srl folder on my comp and it wont let me switch regular download to subversion repository. It is non-selectable. Can you help me with this?
