Not being able to post on tut island...

hey this is mainly to all site devs or what not :)
iv stried wizzup? but he stopped writing back :(
anyway soo yea iv tried creating a thread on tut island for runescape...but I get the error.. :

You have to make a thread in the Tutorial Island forum, not one of the subforums within it. After you create the tutorial, it'll be moved into the correct forum by a moderator.
