How?!?

I am trying to change my screen to 32 bit TRUE Color idk how to get to the option to change it so someone please post and tell me where to go to change it. FYI i already googled it and can't find it....:confused:

It's most likely already set to that, but if you must check, right click on your desktop -> properties -> settings tab -> under "Color quality", if it does not say "Highest (32 bit)", change it to that.
