Wanting To Learn Delphi.

Hey guys,

I just wondered how I could go about learning Delphi? It looks really interesting. I would just like some pointers of where to start really. I know you have to get software to compile and stuff. I have Delphi 7 for that but I just need somewhere where I can learn from.

For Christmas I asked for 'Delphi for Dummies.' Maybe I can actually merge some of my SCAR skills into Delphi, and it won't be to hard to learn I hope.
