To make thinks simple I will use drive A and drive B when referring to them. Right now I have my OS installed on drive A but instead I want it on drive B. They are both in my computer at the moment but I need to know how do I make it so instead my computer would use drive B? Is it as simple as just making drive B a copy of A then go into the BIOS and select it as the boot drive? Any help would be great. :D

You need to install your OS onto the disk, then either:
a) Set BIOS to boot from secondary drive
b) Switch the jumpers on the drives so that B is master and A is slave, and leave BIOS as is.

I do not think just copying over all your system files would work. You will need to find an install disk for whatever OS you would like to run, and install it to drive B, then boot from B (chosen in the BIOS). Then you could transfer all your files important files from A to B, and I would re-format A while it's empty.

You can security copy everything on A into a disk and just load it up on B, if i am understanding the question right ;)

not exactly sure what you mean but i think you might be able to use a partitioning software such as partition manager or partition magic to create a complete replica of a partition, also if your trying to boot from a particular drive it will need a boot file( i think it might be "boot.ini ).
alot of programs can be used to that when you start up your computer you can choose to start from a partition - it is mainly used when dual booting, for example when you start your computer you will have a black background with text saying
Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Windows XP
(meaning you have two version of XP on different partitions)
or
Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Windows Vista
if you want to use XP somedays and Vista on others.
as i said i didnt really understand the question but i hope this helped lol.
