Ok so i'm trying 2 remote assist my friend cuz he needs help cuz hes shit at computers...
We have all our firewalls off and everything and i get this error:
A Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved.
we even tried him connecting 2 me and it still wouldnt work
